2 women die from domestic violence every week
Bravo, Keira Knightley. More women need to take action against domestic violence. I think women in this situation often feel alone and are ashamed. This video, though shockingly graphic, at least puts the topic on the table with statistics. If women know that they aren’t alone, maybe it will be easier for them to get help.
It’s sad that even though this is such a serious issue, we as women are afraid to confront the issue. I think Keira Knightley deserves praise for bringing this issue to the table.
